These terms govern your use of RevCure, a Shopify application operated by DecisionFlow ("we", "us", "our").

Service Description

RevCure monitors your Shopify store's checkout process to detect silent failures — cases where a customer attempts to pay but the checkout fails without displaying an error message. We alert you when anomalies are detected so you can take action.

Subscription & Billing

• RevCure is a paid subscription service billed through Shopify's billing system
• All plans include a 7-day free trial
• Subscriptions are billed every 30 days through your Shopify account
• You can cancel at any time through your Shopify admin — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. RevCure is a monitoring tool — we detect and alert on failures but cannot prevent or fix checkout issues in your store. We are not responsible for lost revenue from checkout failures.

Accuracy

Our anomaly detection uses statistical analysis to distinguish between normal cart abandonment and silent failures. While we aim for accuracy, false positives and false negatives may occur. Alerts should be investigated by the merchant before taking action.

Data & Privacy

Your use of RevCure is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using RevCure, you consent to the data practices described therein.

Limitation of Liability

RevCure is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may terminate by uninstalling the app from your Shopify store.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email.
